    The governor considers legislation to combat global warming one of his major achievements in office? Maybe before continuing on the global warming bandwagon, he should try to understand the implications of the recent snowfall they had in Australia, since it's the middle of their summer. That doesn't sound like global warming is still a viable or reasonable cause to be propounding.
